According to the announcement from Binance, Binance VIP is introducing a limited-time 3x volume multiplier for stocks and bStocks trading. During the Eligible Period from 2026-07-23 08:00 (UTC) to 2026-09-23 23:59 (UTC), eligible users’ stocks and bStocks trading volume on Binance will be automatically counted at 3x the traded value toward their 30-day spot volume total for VIP tier qualification. The promotion applies to regular users and VIP 1 - 2 users, with no registration required. Binance said the multiplier is used only for VIP tier calculation and does not change actual trading volume. As an example, $500,000 in stocks and bStocks trading would count as $1,500,000 toward the 30-day spot volume total, which would be enough to meet the VIP 1 threshold of $1,000,000 and contribute toward VIP 2, which requires $5,000,000. The maximum VIP upgrade under this multiplier is capped at VIP 3, while users who are already VIP 3 or higher will not receive the multiplier boost, though their stock trading volume will still count toward the 30-day spot volume calculation.
Binance also outlined the scope of the program and related trading access for stocks and bStocks. The eligible products cover all stocks and bStocks trading on Binance, and VIP levels are updated daily at 08:00 (UTC) based on the applicable requirements. Binance noted that VIP status is also subject to BNB holding requirements. For stocks trading, the platform said users can trade 7,000+ U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs, use one account for both crypto and stocks, and access fractional shares from $5. It also stated that stock trading is available 24/5 and that a limited-time fee discount applies until 2026-08-31 23:59 (UTC). For bStocks trading, Binance said users can trade 24/7 on the spot market, convert instantly between stocks and bStocks at a 1:1 ratio with no conversion fees, and use bStocks in DeFi applications, as collateral for margin trading, and for on-chain transfers to compatible BNB Smart Chain wallets. Binance described bStocks as being fully backed by real shares held at a regulated custodian, with dividends and splits processed automatically through the Multiplier mechanism.
