China's Ministry of Finance plans to issue the 2026 book-entry interest-bearing Treasury bonds (15th tranche). According to Jin10, the bonds are five-year fixed-rate interest-bearing bonds, with a competitive bidding principal amount of 130 billion yuan and additional bidding by Class A members. The coupon rate will be determined through competitive bidding. The bonds will begin accruing interest on July 25, 2026, pay interest annually on July 25 of each year, and repay principal and pay the final interest on July 25, 2031.
