商务部：以旧换新带动销售超1.25万亿

据证券时报报道，7月23日，中国商务部市场运行和消费促进司司长杨沐在国新办新闻发布会上表示，今年以来，消费品以旧换新政策稳住了消费市场基本盘，投入资金撬动比由去年的1:7.8提升至目前的1:10.3。该政策带动销售额超过1.25万亿元，受益面达1.69亿人次。
