据 ChainCatcher 报道，流出的 DeepSeek 投资者交流会内部谈话中，DeepSeek 创始人梁文锋表示，国产 AI 芯片替代迎来历史性机遇，硬件与生态不存在适配障碍，当前唯一问题是产能不足，预计一年内可扭转市场对国产芯片“用不起来、不好用”的认知。
他还称，英伟达 CUDA 生态护城河正快速瓦解，出口管制为国产 AI 芯片带来发展窗口期；DeepSeek 已与华为合作，拿到一万六千张 950 卡用于跑通生态。
