Sinopec Reports Lower Production and Sales in Several Indicators in First Half of 2026

According to Jin10, Sinopec said that in the first half of 2026, its oil and gas equivalent output was 263.48 million barrels of oil equivalent, up 0.3% year on year; crude oil output was 139.88 million barrels, down 0.1%; and natural gas output was 741.57 billion cubic feet, up 0.7%. It added that crude oil refining volumes, as well as output of gasoline, diesel, and several other products, all declined year on year, while domestic finished oil sales totaled 79.00 million metric tons, down 9.2%; the company also said that if the semiannual report differs from the above data, the report will prevail.
