China's Commerce Ministry to Step Up Support for New Service-Consumption Growth Areas

On July 23, Vice Commerce Minister Yan Dong said at a State Council Information Office briefing that China's Commerce Ministry and other departments have recently issued policy documents to develop new service-consumption growth areas, including rail-tourism integration, higher-quality domestic services, and the auto aftermarket. The ministry will implement those measures and further roll out support for sub-sectors such as transport, performances, and sports events, according to 36Kr.
