Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing's Stock Exchange of Hong Kong said it has added Bursa Malaysia as a recognized stock exchange, allowing companies primarily listed on Bursa Malaysia's Main Market to apply for secondary listings in Hong Kong.
The number of recognized stock exchanges in Southeast Asia will rise to four, including the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Singapore Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Thailand, according to Ming Pao.
