据明报报道，港元拆息普遍向上，与楼按相关的一个月HIBOR终止2连跌，升3.48点子至2.7147%，是7月21日后最高，7月21日报2.71548%。对上一次终止2连跌是在7月14日，当日拆息报2.73792%。
