According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Earn is running a limited-time BTC Yield promotion that will offer additional APY Boost Rewards to eligible users holding BTCY during the Promotion Period. Eligible VIP 1 to VIP 9 users may receive an additional 1% APY Boost, while other eligible users may receive an additional 0.5% APY Boost. The Promotion Period runs from 2026-07-23 03:00 (UTC) to 2026-08-21 23:59 (UTC). Users who already hold BTCY before the promotion begins will be automatically enrolled, and their eligible BTCY holdings during the Promotion Period will be included in the reward calculation based on the applicable APY Boost rate. The total reward pool is equivalent to 70,000 USD in BTCY, and rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The additional APY applies to eligible BTCY holdings from 0.01 BTCY to 30 BTCY, while holdings above 30 BTCY will only earn the native yield under the standard BTC Yield product rules. Holdings from master accounts and sub-accounts will be aggregated for calculation and subject to a single reward cap, with sub-accounts not eligible for separate allocations.
Binance said reward calculations will use daily confirmed BTCY holdings recorded at 00:00 (UTC) during the Promotion Period. To qualify for the higher 1% APY Boost Reward, VIP users must continuously maintain Binance VIP status at any tier throughout all 30 Reward Calculation Days. If a user becomes VIP after the promotion starts or loses VIP status during the period, the user will not qualify for the higher rate, and all rewards will be calculated using the standard 0.5% APY Boost rate. Rewards will be automatically distributed to eligible users’ Spot Accounts within 14 days (2026-09-05) after the Promotion Period ends. Binance also noted that if the reward pool is fully allocated before the Promotion Period ends, APY Boost Reward accrual will stop early. The announcement stated that only users who complete identity verification and meet the stated criteria during the Promotion Period can qualify for rewards.
