韩国隐私监管机构罚TikTok103亿韩元

据韩联社报道，韩国个人信息保护委员会周四表示，因非法收集并利用用户来自第三方服务的行为数据用于定向广告，已对TikTok处以103亿韩元（700万美元）罚款。该委员会称，TikTok Pte. Ltd.通过分发至第三方网站和应用的工具收集了韩国945万用户的行为数据，并将其用于个性化广告，但未妥善告知用户。
