Nasdaq Inc. will change its rules to make it easier to remove flailing businesses from its market after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission approved the move, according to Bloomberg.
The change comes as regulators focus on sharp market swings and allegations of manipulation that have plagued trading in so-called microcap stocks.
