ServiceNow said its AI business annual contract value exceeded $1 billion in the second quarter. According to NS3.AI, subscription revenue rose 25% year over year to $3.9 billion, topping TD Cowen's expectation of about $3.8 billion.
The company also raised its full-year subscription revenue guidance to $15.76 billion–$15.78 billion.
