据Axios报道，特朗普政府已暂停向加利福尼亚州和明尼苏达州拨付逾10亿美元联邦医疗补助（Medicaid）款项，直到两州采取更多措施调查可疑索赔。美国医疗保险和医疗补助服务中心（CMS）称，将延后向加州拨付约8.675亿美元、向明尼苏达州拨付1.99亿美元，原因是财务审查发现居家护理及其他服务存在无支持索赔。
