Tesla kept its Bitcoin holdings unchanged at 11,509 BTC, maintaining nearly four years without buying or selling the cryptocurrency. According to Odaily, the company also recorded a post-tax impairment loss of $112 million on its digital asset holdings.
Bitcoin fell 14% in the second quarter from about $83,000 to $58,000 before rebounding to about $65,840. Tesla reported second-quarter revenue of $28.2 billion, which was above expectations, while adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.33, below expectations.
