据明报报道，百度（9888）已接获联交所确认，收悉其转换为在港、美两地双重主要上市的申请，待联交所批准后，预计于今年度内落实。
百度表示，除委聘合规顾问、香港中央证券登记及按上市规则委任两名授权代表外，亦将举行股东特别大会，就授权董事配发不超过已发行股份数目20%的额外A类股或美国存托股、回购10%股份，以及采纳2026年股权激励计划进行表决。
