According to Lianhe Zaobao citing Reuters, the owner of Russian online retailer Wildberries said on Wednesday, July 22, that Ukraine had again struck two more of the company’s warehouses. Wildberries co-founder and chief executive Tatyana Kim said the warehouses in Krasnodar and Nevinnomyssk, both in southern Russia, were hit. A local governor said one young woman was killed in the attack and three others were being treated in hospital.

Wildberries, often described as Russia’s Amazon, is one of the country’s biggest employers. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Wednesday that Ukraine would target logistics hubs supplying equipment such as drone parts to Russian forces. The Kremlin denied that Wildberries handled military goods. Earlier, a Ukrainian drone attack on July 18 killed eight Wildberries employees.
