据界面新闻报道，中油资本旗下全资子公司中国石油资本有限责任公司拟以11.29亿元收购英大期货100%股权；7月21日，中油资本披露该交易进展公告。英大期货成立于1996年，2010年股权整合后实际控制人变更为国家电网，2025年一季度营业收入1922万元、净利润-1043万元，2024年营业收入1.01亿元、净利润123万元。
公告还显示，这笔交易包含股权划转安排：中石油集团拟将其持有的中油资本3.79亿股A股股份（占总股本3.00%）划转给国网英大集团，相关过户登记手续已于2026年6月15日办理完毕。
