Wynn Macau (1128) said it has received Macau government approval to expand the Wynn Palace project and was granted 51 acres of land for development of a new five-star hotel, a theater and an events and entertainment center.
The group will pay an additional land premium of MOP 625 million in cash, according to Ming Pao. Wynn Macau shares closed at HK$5.28, down 2.94%, with turnover of HK$33.2 million.
