据36氪报道，腾讯旗下跨境支付平台 TenPay Global 与哈萨克斯坦 Freedom Bank 自由银行达成合作，双方将推进跨境二维码支付互联互通，并拓展跨境汇款、跨境商贸等领域合作。目前，微信支付“外包内用”服务已支持13个国家和地区超过40个境外钱包。
