According to Qichacha App, Beijing Zhongke Jiahe Intelligent Technology Co. underwent a business registration change recently, with 15 shareholders including Sanya Baichuan Zhixin Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Beijing Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) exiting. Z.AI, an affiliated company of Zhipu, was added as the largest shareholder with an about 60% stake. The company was founded in 2023 and its business scope includes integrated circuit chip design and services, manufacturing of integrated circuit chips and products, and sales of integrated circuit chips and products. Public information shows that Zhongke Jiahe is an AI heterogeneous computing software supplier.
