据明报报道，欧盟委员会宣布根据欧盟《数字服务法案》（DSA），对阿里巴巴（9988）旗下跨境电商平台全球速卖通（AliExpress）处以5.5亿欧元（约49亿港元）罚款，中国商务部对此表示强烈不满和严正关切。
