据证券时报报道，“十五五”时期，广州拟综合施策消化存量商品房库存，建立全口径库存数据库，动态监测已供应未开工、已开工未批售、在建未售、竣工未售等各类商品住宅规模。当地还拟优化“房票”安置政策，拓宽适用范围，并支持在城中村改造中收购存量商品住宅作安置房、收购存量商办用房用于经营性物业安置。
