据证券时报报道，“十五五”时期，广州拟积极稳妥谋划现售制试点项目，适时选取合适地块开展试点。广州还将强化金融服务支持，鼓励商业银行提高现房销售项目开发贷款额度、给予利率优惠，并对现房销售地块给予分期缴纳地价和公共资源配套支持。
