据韩联社报道，数据显示，2026年上半年参与并购交易的上市公司数量较上年同期减少。截止6月底，共有75家上市公司涉及已完成或进行中的并购交易，较一年前下降2.6%。
其中，KOSPI市场有22家，KOSDAQ市场有53家。韩国证券托管院数据显示，评估权支付总额同比骤降82.9%，至54亿韩元（约360万美元）。
