Weekly vessel traffic through the Strait of Hormuz fell nearly 50% to 127 ships in the week ending July 19. According to NS3.AI, Brent crude briefly reached $91.63 per barrel on Tuesday before easing to $91.26 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, while WTI crude rose 2.3% to $84.38 per barrel. Indian Oil and Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals also suspended crude oil loading from Iraq.
