中际旭创拟发售5450万股H股

据界面新闻报道，中际旭创在港交所公告称，公司拟全球发售54,500,000股H股，其中香港发售股份5,450,000股H股、国际发售股份49,050,000股H股，最高发行价为每股1010港元。股份预期将于2026年7月30日开始在香港联交所买卖。
