卡地纳健康拟斥3.6亿美元收购两项业务

据CNBC报道，卡地纳健康（Cardinal Health）周一宣布，将以合计3.6亿美元现金收购AdaptHealth的糖尿病健康业务和Strive Medical。公司称，这两笔交易将强化其增长更快、利润率更高的居家护理业务，并补充传统分销业务。AdaptHealth糖尿病业务每年服务逾22.5万名患者，提供连续血糖监测仪、胰岛素泵及其他糖尿病用品；Strive Medical每年服务逾2万名患者，主营泌尿、创面护理、造口及失禁产品。
