据 ChainCatcher 报道，比特币矿企 Ionic Digital 宣布，其注册声明已获美国证券交易委员会（SEC）宣布生效，预计将于 2026 年 7 月 28 日在纳斯达克全球精选市场开始交易，股票代码为“IOND”。
公司称，此次上市将采用直接上市方式，不发行新股，也不通过上市交易募集资金，现有登记股东可在公开市场出售持股。
