Bitcoin miner Ionic Digital said its registration statement has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the company expects to begin trading on Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 28, 2026, under the ticker IOND. According to ChainCatcher, the listing will be a direct listing rather than a traditional IPO.
The company said it will not issue new shares or raise capital through the listing. Instead, existing registered shareholders will be able to sell their shares directly in the public market. Ionic Digital said the listing is intended to provide liquidity for shareholders, including investors who received shares through Celsius Network’s bankruptcy restructuring.
