Demingli Starts Mass Production at Guangming Plant, Advances Vietnam Line for Overseas Clients

Demingli said its enterprise storage business remains in a rapid growth stage and its share of revenue continues to rise. The company has put its Guangming factory into use in the second quarter and it has now entered mass production and delivery, according to Jiemian News. For overseas expansion, Demingli said it has been in contact with some overseas enterprise clients and reached cooperation intentions. To secure supply for overseas customers, the company is working with leading outsourced manufacturers to replicate its domestic cooperation model and is quickly building out a production line in Vietnam that will mainly serve overseas clients and is planned to begin mass production and delivery this year. Demingli also said its inventory strategy is guided by future orders and production schedules, and that in the second quarter it stepped up strategic stockpiling after weighing business needs, supply chain stability and inventory price volatility risks.
