Wall Street calls: Deutsche Bank upgrades UDR; Mizuho reiterates Oracle; Morgan Stanley starts Life360

According to CNBC, Deutsche Bank upgraded UDR to buy from hold, saying the real estate investment trust has more room to rise. Mizuho reiterated Oracle at outperform, calling the software stock too attractive to ignore, while Morgan Stanley initiated Life360 at overweight and said the family location company could benefit from artificial intelligence. The list also included Benchmark's buy rating and $85 price target on First American Financial, Bank of America’s reiterated buy rating on Nvidia, and Roth's buy initiation on Digital Turbine. Other calls included Barclays initiating Forte Biosciences at overweight with a $74 price target, Bernstein upgrading Five Below to outperform, Raymond James upgrading Ralph Lauren to outperform, and BTIG downgrading TripAdvisor to neutral from buy.
