Tongyuan Kang Pharmaceutical (2410) said it has reached a licensing and collaboration agreement with Qilu Pharmaceutical to jointly advance the development, manufacturing and commercialization of its drug TY-9591 in China.
Ming Pao reported that Tongyuan Kang Pharmaceutical will receive total upfront payments of about RMB700 million, including about RMB400 million under a subscription agreement, in addition to potential milestone payments.
