同源康医药与齐鲁制药合作推进TY-9591在华开发

据明报报道，同源康医药（2410）公布，已与齐鲁制药达成许可及合作协议，共同推进旗下药物TY-9591在中国的开发、生产及商业化。公司将收取合共约7亿元人民币首付款，其中包括认购协议项下约4亿元，另有潜在里程碑付款。
