据界面新闻报道，美团负责用户配送服务的官方客服表示，网传外卖平台骑手“本科专送、硕士优送、博士尊享”截图不属实，系社交平台博主AI生成图片，平台未上线相关服务，图中商家也不存在。客服称，外卖平台注册过程中无需核验学历信息，平台不掌握骑手学历情况；骑手学历需由本人提交至学信网、教育部留学服务中心或高校官方网站等权威机构验证。
