Zhenro Properties (6158) said a winding-up petition filed by Lead Good Group Limited against its subsidiary Zhenro Hong Kong involves HK$32.09 million, according to Ming Pao.
The High Court has set the first hearing for 9:30 a.m. on August 26 this year. The company said it intends to seek a settlement with the petitioner before the hearing in an effort to have the petition withdrawn.
