据明报报道，正荣地产（6158）公布，Lead Good Group Limited早前入禀针对其附属公司Zhenro Hong Kong提出清盘呈请，涉及3209.06万元，高等法院已将首次聆讯日期定于今年8月26日上午9时30分。
公司称，拟在聆讯前与呈请人就偿付该笔债务达成和解，以期促使对方撤回呈请。
