Thames Water债权人提“金股”

Thames Water主要债权人提出“金股”方案，并给予地方当局更多参与权，试图阻止这家陷入困境的供水商被国有化。据BBC报道，伦敦与谷地水务（L&VW）财团称，新方案较此前提议有“实质改善”，还将增加数亿英镑新资金；政府若接受金股安排，将获得对相关决策的否决权。L&VW此前已提出一项100亿英镑交易，拟通过冲销近半债务并注入新资本来避免Thames Water进入接管程序。
