三星电子正扩大与英伟达在 NAND 闪存领域的合作，据Odaily星球日报报道，在此前已开展 DRAM、高带宽内存（HBM）及晶圆代工合作的基础上，进一步深化存储芯片供应关系。
据报道，三星已开始量产第十代 V-NAND（V10）并向英伟达供货，同时扩大第九代 V-NAND（V9）产能，并推进第十一代 500 层级 V-NAND（V11）开发。三星目前已具备月产超过 10 万片 V-NAND 的产能，其中约 60%产能分配给 V9 产品。
