Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter, said BlackRock, Hillhouse and Temasek will become cornerstone investors in ZJ Innolight's Hong Kong listing.
Investment firms Spruceview Investment, JPMorgan Asset Management, Wellington Management Co. and Yunfeng Capital, founded by Jack Ma, also plan to participate as cornerstone investors in the offering. The cornerstone investors are expected to subscribe for nearly half of the shares, according to Ming Pao.
