TSMC计划于2027年上调代工服务价格

据Odaily星球日报报道，Citrini 分析师 jukan 在 X 平台发文表示，Nikkei 称，TSMC 计划于 2027 年将先进制程和成熟制程代工服务价格上调最高 10%，基础价格上调幅度为 5%至 10%，以反映材料、半导体制造设备和新海外晶圆厂建设成本上升。
