据界面新闻报道，奥精医疗7月20日披露的2026年第一次临时股东会决议公告显示，第四项“免去董事长黄晚兰公司董事职务”的议案因近60%的反对率未获通过。消息称，20日下午股东会上，黄晚兰之女崔菡朗读公开信，称“这不是家事，是您的钱”，并表示后续将继续提出优化董事会的决议。公司董秘表示，一切以公告为准，公司目前生产经营正常，基本面未受影响。
