Hanwha Group has become the largest shareholder in tokenized securities firm Securitize, holding 15.6895 million shares, or 9.6% of the company. According to Foresight News, the stake exceeds Blockchain Capital's 6% and co-founder Carlos Domingo's 5.4%. Hanwha Group holds the shares through its private equity fund, H Foundation, a Hanwha Systems subsidiary, and Hanwha Investment & Securities, with stakes of 5.9%, 3.1%, and 0.6%, respectively.
