据Odaily星球日报报道，Kalshi公关负责人表示，美国各州不具备对预测市场进行监管的司法管辖权，包括联邦第三巡回上诉法院在内的多家法院已通过相关判例明确这一法律边界。Kalshi方面称，对华盛顿州持续投入公共财政资源推进相关监管行动表示失望，并认为预测市场监管权应由联邦层面负责。
