SEMI上调半导体设备销售预测

据界面新闻报道，全球半导体协会（SEMI）发布《年中半导体设备市场预测——OEM视角》，预计全球半导体制造设备总销售额将连续五年增长，2028年达到2295亿美元；中国银河证券称，SEMI将2026年全球半导体设备销售额上调至1659亿美元，同比增23.2%。截至2026年7月21日11:30，上证科创板半导体材料设备主题指数上涨10.81%，科创半导体设备ETF鹏华（589020）上涨10.76%，报2.42元。
