Celsius Co-Founders Ordered to Pay Over $6 Million to Settle FTC Claims

Celsius co-founders Shlomi Daniel Leon and Hanoch Goldstein have been ordered to pay more than $6 million to resolve claims brought by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. According to Foresight News, Goldstein was ordered to pay $2.014 million, while Leon was ordered to pay $4.1 million. The two had made false statements about the platform’s security before the company collapsed.
