据Odaily星球日报报道，Celsius 联合创始人 Shlomi Daniel Leon 和 Hanoch “Nuke” Goldstein 被要求向美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）支付逾 600 万美元，以和解其在 Celsius 平台崩溃前误导平台安全性的指控。Goldstein 须支付 201.4 万美元，Leon 须支付 410 万美元。FTC 表示，Celsius 曾声称持有足够储备满足提款需求、维持覆盖客户存款的 7.5 亿美元保险，并且不发放无担保贷款。相关命令还禁止 Leon 营销或销售可用于存入、兑换、投资或提取资产的产品或服务，并禁止 Goldstein 营销或销售可用于交易加密货币的零售产品或服务。
