据界面新闻报道，7月8日，中国人寿名下8只资管计划集体卖出兆易创新约110.92万股，减持价格介于611.46元至624.61元之间，合计套现约6.85亿元，交易当天确认成交。上述8只资管计划中，7只与汇添富合作设立，1只与华夏基金合作设立；因中国人寿独立董事陈洁为兆易创新独立董事，相关交易被认定为保险资金运用关联交易。
