据明报报道，长江实业旗下长江集团中心二期自2024年竣工以来长期空置，如今受香港经济升温带动金融业者升级并扩大办公室面积，出租率自今年年初以来翻了一番多，升至约60%。
该大楼两年前完工时正值香港最低迷的时期之一，入住率仅约10%。长实预计，到年底出租率将至少达到75%。长江实业发言人不愿置评。
