台积电称不预期受气体停产影响

据界面新闻报道，针对市场传出特种气体供应商中央硝子（Central Glass）将停产高纯度六氟化钨，台积电表示，目前不预期对公司营运产生影响。台积电公关处7月20日回应称，公司持续开发多源供应方案并建立多元全球供应商；供应链人士也表示，目前气体钨粉原料无断供，已有多项替代方案，预计对产业影响有限。
