On July 20, BOE A said during an institutional briefing that its total depreciation expense is expected to start falling from 2025 levels as depreciation on existing production lines keeps declining and projects under construction are put into fixed assets in phases based on capacity ramp-up. Jiemian News reported that the company also said the display industry has moved out of a period of rapid large-scale expansion and into a mature phase, so its capital expenditure should gradually decrease as investment scales fall. BOE A added that it currently has no plan for an equity issuance to fund capital spending for its new businesses.
